Strategic Business Planning

Strategic Management is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. It begins with a strategic audit in which we review the strategic orientation, the core competencies, the competitive advantages, and the value chain of the organization.

Our audit then scans the external environment for opportunities and threats facing the business’ ambitions. We draw our findings into strategic imperatives that will shape the business operations and determine its capacity to realize its stakeholders’ visions.

Moreover, IES has accumulated diversified experiences in developing strategic business plans, feasibility studies and opportunity studies, and conducting gap analyses as well as diagnostic studies.

We approach Strategy from three dimensions; Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy and Operational Strategy:

  • Corporate Strategy helps companies respond to the pressures of the evolving industry dynamics.  This would include the Strategic Planning.
  • Growth Strategy brings together all of the potential growth scenarios that help the self assessment of companies.
  • Operational Strategy help clients identify improvement strategies for new and existing businesses leading to improved shareholder profits and ensure sustainability.
